Setup Auction Payment Method

In this section, the admin can define the available payout methods for auction transactions. Sellers will select their preferred payout method from the options created here. Buyers will then transfer the auction amount using the selected method during payment.

View Auction Payment Methods

To access this section:
Admin Panel → Payment Methods → Auction Method

Here you will see a list of existing payment methods with the following details:

  • Name – The payment method name
  • Type – Wallet or Mobile Wallet
  • Status (Enable / Disable) – Control availability
  • Action Buttons – Edit or Delete

You can enable or disable any method at any time.

Add New Auction Payment Method

To create a new payout method, click the Add Method button. You will need to fill in the following fields:

Upload the payment method logo or icon. This image will be displayed to users during payout selection. You can: Drag and drop the file, or click to select from your device.

Name*

Enter the name of the payment method. Example: PayPal, Stripe, bKash, Wise, etc. This name will be visible to sellers and buyers.

Type*

Select the payment method type from the dropdown. Available options: Wallet, Mobile Wallet. Choose the correct type based on the payment provider.

After filling in all required fields, click Add to save the method.

Manage Payment Methods

Once added, you can:

Enable
Disable
Edit
Delete

Currency Supported Gateways

The Currency Supported Gateways section allows the admin to define which payment methods are available for a specific currency. This ensures that only selected gateways can process transactions for that currency.

How to Configure

  • 1. Go to Setup Currency.
  • 2. Click the Gateway / Settings icon next to the desired currency.
  • 3. The Currency Supported Gateways modal will appear.
  • 4. Supported Payment Methods*: Select the payment methods that will support this currency.

Only the selected payment methods will be available when users perform transactions using this currency. You can choose one or multiple methods based on your business requirements.

Click Update to saveClick Cancel to discard

Important Notes

  • • Sellers can only use methods that are enabled by the admin.
  • • Make sure the payment details are accurate before enabling a method.
  • • Disabling a method will prevent new transactions using that option.
  • • If no payment method is selected, users may not be able to process transactions in that currency.
  • • Make sure the selected gateways are already configured and enabled in the system.
  • • Gateway compatibility should be verified before enabling it for live transactions.
