Setup Add Money Method

The Add Money module allows users to add balance to their Crypex wallet. Admins can configure both Automatic and Manual add money methods based on their business requirements.

Crypex supports:

Automatic Add Money via integrated payment gateways
Manual Add Money via custom payment methods

Automatic Add Money

Automatic add money methods use online payment gateways where user payments are processed instantly.

Automatic Gateway List

This page displays all pre-integrated payment gateways with the following details:

  • Gateway – Payment gateway name (PayPal, Stripe, Flutterwave, etc.)
  • Supported Currency – Total currencies supported by the gateway
  • Enabled Currency – Number of currencies currently enabled
  • Status – Enable / Disabled

To configure a gateway, click the Edit icon next to it.

Configure Automatic Payment Gateway

Global Gateway Settings

  • Gateway Image Upload or update the gateway logo. Displayed in the user add money page.
  • Secret ID Enter the secret key provided by the payment gateway.
  • Client ID Enter the client/public key from the gateway dashboard.
  • Gateway Environment Sandbox (Used for testing) or Production (Used for live transactions).

Currency-Wise Configuration

  • Amount Limit Minimum and Maximum amount users can add.
  • Charge Fixed gateway charge or Percentage-based charge.
  • Rate Set conversion rate based on system base currency.

Important Notes (Automatic)

  • • Make sure gateway credentials are correct.
  • • Always test payments in Sandbox before enabling Production.
  • • Incorrect rate or charge settings may affect user balance.

Manual Add Money

Manual add money methods allow users to submit payment requests that are manually reviewed and approved by the admin.

Add New Manual Add Money Method

Click Add New

Basic Information

Instruction

Provide clear payment instructions for users (Bank details, Wallet number, etc.).

Example: Please include your username as reference.

Collect Data

Admins can collect additional information from users using fields like Field Name, Field Type, and Field Necessity (Required/Optional).

After completing all information, click Add to save the manual payment method.
