Setup User KYC

The User KYC (Know Your Customer) section allows the admin to collect and verify essential information from Users on the Crypex platform. This ensures compliance, security, and trust between Users, users, and the platform.

Admins have full flexibility to decide which information is required, and can collect data dynamically based on business needs.

Configuring User KYC

1. Add Required Fields

Select which information Users must provide during registration or profile update

Examples of KYC fields:

Full Name
Address
National ID / Passport
Driving License Number
Vehicle Details
Bank Account Details

Admins can add custom fields dynamically to fit your business requirements.

2. Field Type

Choose the type of input for each field:

Text

(e.g., Name, License Number)

Number

(e.g., Phone, ID Number)

File Upload

(e.g., License scan, ID card photo)

Date

(e.g., Date of Birth, License Expiry)

Save & Apply

After configuring all required fields, click Update / Save.

The KYC setup will be instantly applied for all new and existing Users.

Important Notes

  • User cannot complete their registration without submitting all required KYC fields
  • Admin can update or add fields at any time
  • All KYC data is stored securely and accessible only by authorized admin accounts
